Tempo runs continue to confuse me as I'm never sure my correct pace. Felt good, felt stong, felt like I could maintain the pace even as I increased but it certainly wasn't easy. I think this is close but still not sure. Adjusted my week to make today a hard workout because Mondays are for hard workouts.
