Hard work with the ice, slipped over on one point so had to do some running on the bumpy grass and on the edge of the road quite cold at first but warmed up getting started in my taining now for my 10k at Rother valley on the 24th of March 5.52 mile bypass run tomorrow then on Friday 7.86 mile Shireoaks run rest day Saturday then going for 12.1 mile on Sunday
