Did a spot of fartlek training today first mile as warm up then after that pick a point in front of me in the distance and sprinted to it when got to that point i went back to my normal jogging speed to recover to the next point in front of me and then when i got to that point i repeated again with sprinting to next point then the last mile i ran normal to recover to cool down really enjoyed it certainly got my heart pumping but this morning before i went for run i took my heart rate and it was only 55 bpm which shows it is getting stronger
