Ran on the trail with Copper this overcast morning. Estimated splits were 12:36, 14:36, 13:05, 12:04. I say estimated because I don't know exactly how far I ran, but if 12:36 gets me to a mile (which was a known marker on the trail for me) then 14:00 should be fairly close to 1.1 miles. Also I typically run negative splits which would be consistant with the estimated splits. At any rate, I was running on fumes for that last mile. You'd think I would have built up more of a base after running since April, but this run really tested me. Still I made it over 4 miles and that is something to be happy about. :)
