Ran W3D2 of C25K with Copper on Dows Rd. Copper is very skittish when on the short stretch of Mt. Vernon Rd. So much so that I'm afraid he'll run into me and one of us will be hurt or he lags so far behind that it's difficult to run with the leash in hand. Other than that it was a beautiful day for a run.
