Ran W8D2 on the trail with Copper this morning. 1 mi @ 14:11, 2 mi @ 12:56, 3 mi @ 11:58. I like this Timex Ironman watch feature. I can record splits, never actually look at the watch while running, and review the data when I get home. It was a beautiful morning for a run, though a bit wet. Loan mentioned signing up for a 5K on the 4th of July which surprised me - but I should strike while the iron is hot! :)
