Ran W8D3 of C25K on the trail with Copper this beautiful if cool morning. I ran at pretty much an all out effort but not quite to the point where I would stumble after completing the workout. Splits were 12:09. 12:26, 11:03. The 2nd mile included a pit stop for Copper. :) Yesterday I skipped the long walk with Copper because of party preparations for for Emily's 15th birthday. The extra rest seems to have helped quite a bit. That and I was mentally prepared to try for an all out effort. I don't quite have the mental toughness yet to run through the pain of an all out effort, but I'm getting there.
