Ran 2 miles on Dows Road with Copper this morning. 3 min run, 1.5 walk, 5 r, 2.5 w, 3 r, 1.5 w, 5 r, 3 w, 1.5 r. How amazing is that to be running at the end of January in 44 degree weather!
