Ran Dows Rd this morning but left Copper sleeping with Sam. I wasn't very sure of how much the hills were going to take out of me, but I just slowed down and lo and behold the hills took care of themselves I ran at a pretty good clip for me. I suspect a lot of that had to do with Copper not lagging behind during the first part of a run. So the run went pretty well today but I wonder how my body will handle the harder surface of the blue chip sealed road. Stay tuned!
