1. Ran the initial 10 kms with Santosh

2. By then the heart rate was beginning to spike

3. Slowed down and the pace dropped to about 8:30 which brought the HR down

4. By the 14th km, legs had started to turn heavy and felt tired

5. Pushed on taking frequent walking breaks mostly every km

6. HR daa seems wrong for the first two kms
