Tuesday 2022-09-27 ??? 6 2.0 4:50 AM. 55 – 60, DP = 49. SG + fleece pullover. Course 2 2x. Used headlamp the whole run. Probably could have done without the fleece. Upper right thigh/groin area was NOT tight during this run.
