Tuesday 2017-08-01 ??? 3 1.00 4:15 PM. 90 – 95, DP = 60. This is my first run since 7/19/2017 due to LEFT ACHILLES HEEL pain. This was a deliberately short/slow run to see if there was any pain. LEFT ACHILLES HEEL felt slightly tight, but there was no huge stab of pain like during the last run. Campbell Ave. – our driveway to Darby Rd. and back. 9:20:56 2 SI2
