5k from the Fit to Fight Tri. Really, really, really, felt like shit coming out of T2 starting the run. I felt like I was running 12 min miles and sucking air in through a 1 milimeter straw. Anyway, I finished pretty strong and I think I am developing a final kick that could be a good weapon. This makes two races in a row where I have out kicked someone at the end.
The Triathlon was a lot of fun and a very different experience than the marathon, or other running events I have done. Will definitly do it again. Need more brick workouts in though, ones that follow a truely hard bike ride.
