Notes
I did gateway trail from 96 to Sq. Lake and back. I was suffering bad at times on this ride. Really huffing and puffing. For the most part I feel like I have the legs but my bike cardio is no where close to where my legs are. It was also pretty stiff headwind on the way back.
Day after note: I was right, my legs feel great, like I didn't even bike. I need to get that cardio in shape.
