Used this run as a gylcogen depletion run, will eat a very low carb diet today and after a light run tomorrow morning begin carb loadiing. In theory this run should have depleted my glycogen storage and by eating a low carb diet today my body will think that I am not getting enough carbs and when I do start to carb load on thursday it will store a high amount. That's the theory.
