I didn't puke, or I would have put this a ten effort, but I was really close to, I pulled up just the tinest bit at the finish as it wasn't going to change my spot but did save me from hurling.
It took me about a mile to find my legs and actually start moving... I would have loved to see my splits on this one (no watch), probably something like 9:30, 8:05, 7:50, 7:30, 7:00 ... does that average out??? I have no idea.. as always I guess some more brick workouts would help but I think a lot of it is just metally knowing that you won't feel as bad for the whole run as you do in the first minutes after getting off the bike, where I seriously just wanted to quit.
