Notes

Was initially planning to do a long run today, but my shin is still not feeling great, so I rethought that plan.. Pretty sure its just inflammation or something with the tendons, but I didn't want to push it too much today and then go into the first week of practice worse off. Today was better than yesterday, though- I had essentially no pain the first 2 miles, and then a dull pain the second half. I always notice it when walking down stairs, hmmm...
