This includes 6x400, 4x200, and jogging around in between
Ran the 400s on the 3 min (1:19, 1:23, 1:19, 1:20, 1:20, 1:18) and the 200s on the 2 min (:39, :39, :39, :38)
Felt okay, it was super windy so that made it a bit less enjoyable, but I'm happy to be back on the track!
Also, realized after that full recovery might not be the same as equal recovery... not totally sure but if thats the case, whoops. Though I didn't exactly do equal recovery because starting on the 3 min was just simpler... hmm it's all very confusing.. Feel like I might've made this workout way harder than it was intended and that's why I had to alter it... Yikes
