Notes

Definitely noticing that I tend to run faster when I run in the afternoon than in the morning, though I guess that makes sense given that when I run in the morning I tend to start within 15 minutes of waking up. I'm not too worried about pace though, just been going on feel and listening to my body and it seems to be going fine. Legs felt fine overall today, little hamstring soreness at first, but nothing near the end. Did core, push-ups, dips, hip exercises after, and planning to roll out later
