Notes

Basically even split this one- 34, 35, 34, 35. Felt a lot better than 4 weeks ago, went out slower but came back a lot stronger. Felt smooth but still a little flat so I'm looking forward to running this again in a few weeks hopefully. Just need to get my hamstring and shin issues figured out :/
