Notes

Was having some pain on my calf to the inside of my shin bone, decided to take a day off from running and just cross train. Resulted in me flipping over my handle bars while biking at about 16mph and needing stitches in my leg. Going to attempt my first hill workout tomorrow (since I am a week behind on workouts) but not sure how that will go after the incident today :(
