Notes
Planned on trying to run even splits of ~6:10-6:15.
Held way back for first 1/2 mile, went through 1 mile feeling good, tried to keep pace but couldn't. Sucking wind really bad the whole 3rd mile. Guess I need to run more days and more miles, forget spinning.

Next week I'm going out faster for the first mile.
