Good Times Series. Went out hard and gave it all I had. A big group of faster runners showed up, let them go in a front pack of 7. Tucked in right behind Jay for first 2 miles. Felt OK mile 1, started hurting mile 2, Jay started slowly pulling away, hurting mile 3 but pushed on. Knew I had sub-20 when I looked at time at mile 3, ran hard to finish.
Did it!! Had a great training week, easy run paces coming down significantly. Skipped weekend long run this week.
