HR <140 goal. 8 for first 2m (HR @ 144); next 1.5 @ 8:15 (148); last 1.5 @ 8:27 (148). Gym is really hot, start overheating after 20 minutes. Legs felt a little better today, but still feels like too much effort for the pace. Sweating profusely at end. Stretch + abs after.
