Notes

TM 1 deg. 45 min @ PHMP (60 :49/8.8). Tiny bit faster than 6:52. First 30 minutes OK, just a little bit uncomfortable, but last 10 were tough. I was sweating profusely from 5 minutes on, so the overheating definately made it tougher. At least I finished my planned workout.
