Notes

Legs were sore this morning from hard intervals yesterday. I told myself I was going to go easy today in spin class, a true recovery easy. I usually push too hard. I started easy and kept intensity low for the whole class, my HR checks had me at in the 18-21 range. Felt easy, broke ony a very light sweat, not my usual heavy sweating. At the end of class, I did 4 acceleration type strides for 10-15 sec each.

After my shower, I actually felt good instead of fatigued. Legs felt looser. Need to continue recovery on easy days.
