Crappy upstairs TM w OH light running into the mirror. 0 degrees.

WO was 3 x 1600m @ 6:01 (1 min RI) for 3:10 marathon training.

1st: Did it but very hard, breathing starting to run away at end. Legs are sore today - probably pushed too hard yesterday.

2nd: Stopped at about 0.75 mile. sucking wind badly, felt I was pushing too hard. The 1 minute RI is way too short for me. Took about 3 minutes to recover.

3rd: Did it at 6:07, still last 1/2 was hard effort.

Felt totally drained after. This WO was too hard for me today, may need to back off to 3:15 training as more realistic goal at this time.
