Notes

Ran fast for ~1.5 mile, then walked. Ran fast for ~1 mile, then walked. Ran fast for ~ 1/2 mile. Walked then jogged home at ~8. Just felt like doing some faster running since the last 2 weeks have all been at slow aerobic pace. Legs feel pretty good, only slight soreness, much better than last week.
