Wk 16. KWO2. Modified plan to 3:12:30 time.
Legs, butt, very sore today, maybe combo of intervals and snow shoveling the blizzard. Didn't know how this would go, went surprisingly very well. Legs loosened up pretty good and felt a little better after run. Still a bit stiff, but better.

2 miles @ 6:40. felt OK.
