NO KNEE LOCKUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S A GOOD DAY!
Did some ITB stretches before. Started very easy pace 10/9.5/9 to 8.5 to 8 for last 3 miles. Legs were a little fatigued, probably from all the stretching, foam rolling and strengthening exercises I've been doing. Kept thinking it was going to lock up, but it never did. ITB stretches and exercises after.
Now for this 4 mile race on Sunday...
