Decided to do some intervals, even though no socks again and old sneakers.
Decided on mile repeats at 6 pace.
1st: OK the whole way. No breathing issues the whole way. RI: ~ 2 min walk
2nd: Feeling it after 4 min; last 2 min doing 4 count breathing. RI ~ 2 min walk.
3rd: 1/2 mile. Feeling it after 1 1/2 min. 4 count breathing.
So got some good high HR running in here. Msd HR @ ~>28ish (168) at end of runs. Prob was a little higher bc didn't measure right at end.
