Notes

Tried to keep HR <140. 8:15 for 6 miles; slowed to 8:20; then 8:34 at 8 miles. After 8 miles HR started to run away a little, sweating and heating up. Legs started fatiguing, slowed to 8:40 and then 8:57 for last 10 minutes. Need to keep working endurance.
