2 arrowood loops; gade @ 5. Ran like 7:40 pace 1st loop, walked around house drinking some gade. Easy aerobically but legs, hammies felt tighter than i think they should have. Legs were stiff with more soreness than expected after an easy run. This was supposed to be a Sat run with a rest day b4, but with rain all wkend decided to do it today.
Thinking i should just stay right on an 8 pace all the way next Sunday.
