first hour at 8:27's (140); up to 9m at 8:27's, then 6:30 for last mile. Wore Brooks T6's I got last night - I like them, felt good. First 9m not a problem, only minimal leg soreness, breathing easy. Last faster mile breathing OK, not a problem, issue is legs feel sore when I stretch them out. Feel that aerobically can support faster pace, but legs are limiting factor.
