5:50;6:10;6:42;6:25 Garmin miles. Guess I ran it a little bit long. New PR. Fastest mile ever in a race! Happy with results except John beat me AGAIN, he has me on endurance right now, but I'm gaining. Went out pretty good, went behind Crystal. Felt pretty good mile 1, held steady mile 2, lost focus mile 3, tried to regain focus mile 4. Not all out effort for last 2 miles, could have pushed a bit harder, but this is just a stop on the journey.....next week is THE RACE!
