Pretty good WU. Legs felt a little bit sore so didn't know how it would go today.
First mile felt relatively easy, only started sweating in last minute, ran pretty relaxed. Cadence ~ 90-96 range.
Second mile felt comfortably hard, sweated for last 0.5, but breathing never got heavy. Cadence ~ 90-96 range.
1/2 mile had to increase cadence a little to 96-102 range, but didn't feel too bad. Finished with something still in the tank.
