Notes

Legs were SORE before race. Tried to run even paced at 6:20, failed misarably.

splits: 6:20; 6:37; 6:37;:30 (didn't want to sprint all out - too tired). Dissappointing not to break 20. Need to rest my legs - too much running, not enough recovery lately.
