1:30 RI between repeats. TM = 1 deg @ 11mph (5:27).
Happy with workout. Ran repeats according to 19:00 5km pace. Wore new racing flats. Warmed up pretty good. Breathing was in excellent control for most of the repeats, only fatigued a little bit in the last 2, kind of felt my legs getting tired and breathing just slightly labored, but not close to full out. Could have done probably a few more, but didn't want to push too much since just starting speed again. HR was ~28-29 (174) at end of last few intervals after 10 sec slowdown to a walk.
