2 brady ave 10 mile loops w Jon. Super windy. Keep 8:11 pace for first 14 miles. First GU at ~ 10 miles (1:22) Only walking was up steep hill at mile 16ish off Cross St (had 2nd GU and water while walking) and at 18ish up Forest St. Hip flexor felt OK, everything else felt bad, never felt warmed up. Good thing was I was able to run today and did 20 without legs locking up. Last mile at 8:11, so it's all good. 1 piece tst w PB + coffee for breakfast.
