New PR. Splits: 6:00,6:23,6:17. Went out faster than planned 6:15 pace bc alot of faster runners tonight. Have a cold so very stuffed up, having trouble breathing through my nose. Mile 1 felt OK, around 1.5 coming down hill starting to feel it, breathing moderately heavy at mile 2, had to really concentrate on effort/breathing pattern in mile 3 to hold a pace, sprinted in from 3 mile mark. Pretty much max effort for how I felt tonight.
