Notes
Cold and windy. Felt like crap starting out and didn't get better. Went to run laps around the field for an hour, but 3 miles in felt really crappy so just walked a bit, stretched, then jogged 1/2 lap and back just to get in 5 miles. Was jogging at ~8's. Maybe just too much working out and not enough eating and sleep? Body is sending signals to me to get some good rest!
