WU: 20 min easy + strides

2 x 1200 @ 10.1 (4:30); 4 x 800 @ 10.3 (3:00); 2 min RI's walk or jog at 5.

Breathing wasn't that bad. Last couple 800's was feeling it, but used very high turnover and really pulled shoulders back, seemed like it was easier on breathing, but don't know how long i could hold such a fast turnover.

CD: ~ 1 mile easy.

connection from top of left leg to hip hurts (pretty sharp pain) when i move it he wrong way. Dull pain when walking. Crap!
