Notes

Tried standing intervals at high rep (90), high resistance.

Went with 30s/45s/60s/60s/45s/30s routine from Programmed to Run. Thought I'd have to add more intervals since 6 doesn't seem like alot - I was wrong. This workout is brutal. Started with 1 min rest intervals of lower resistance seated spinning, but had to increase it to 2 min after 2nd intervals to recover enough. Thighs could feel it when I was done. This is a total sprint workout.
