Did some calisthenics before hopping in the pool. Thinking about implementing a circuit every other day and calling it "waist up" or something like that. Focusing on abs and upper body. Some Dan Stevens type stuff.
Didn't try very hard at all on the 100s, mainly just going through motions. Feeling like if I do the "waist up" exercises before swimming it will just be an easy swim day. Will have to experiment with the timing of it.
