15 min warmup into a 40 min ET

Pace range for the ET was 5:49-6:08. Started off at the slow end of that, but quickly got into it and moved to the quicker end of the range. My calves were a bit tight during the warmup so I was not sure how the workout would go, but they loosened up. Should probably roll them out though. Shoutout to the Super Cool and Awesome Workout Group for some great work.
