Tried to do a sort of 2x 1k TT in the pool and it actually turned out well. Got the pace wrong before hand and ended up doing mental math the first 500yds of the first 1k, trying to recalculate the pace, keep track of laps, and monitor current pace at the same time. It was hard with my tiny brain. Actual pace that I eventually figured out was 1:18/100, which was actually what I had been hitting.
Was not really as hard as I thought it would be, but happy with the times and looking forward to improving this over the next couple months.
