Notes

HR average 115 bpm. Clearly I need to move my rump faster in order to get to my target heart rate. Which will be difficult walking, unless I'm walking hills, but my knees clearly aren't ready for prime time yet. Maybe bending my arms will work -- faster cadence and such.
