On the concrete track, this was a good tune-up, didn't push myself at all really and felt entirely in my comfort zone. To be honest after last Saturday I just wanted to finish a race so I kept the pace controlled. Looking for sub-9:30 (9:25 specifically) first race of outdoors and need to eventually get that down to close to 9:10. Just need to start racking up miles from this point on.
