Notes

Felt fine. Last two were 5:30 but the loop ended and I didn't do the last .5 hard in part because my body felt tired on the easy portion which is a sign of building fatigue that I don't want. Thinking about taking Sunday completely off, but knowing me I'll end up swimming or biking.
