Notes

Obviously I've done some smaller running stuff like 800m jog intervals and such but this is the first full run I've done. I ran for about two miles, then walked for 1 after my left hip started hurting (probably due to muscles being used that haven't been in awhiile) After a mile of walking the hip felt fine and I ran another mile and a half.
